Train the Trainer

The IDRN is a de-centralized network owned by its members.  When individuals own the concept of an idea whose time has come, they can move and grow the network to accomplish great things.  It is for this reason that the IDRN offers the Train the Trainer course.

Train the Trainer focuses on equipping the trainee with skills to train others in Disaster Response.  During the course, students will be coached and taught effective teaching skills and how to relay Disaster Response concepts to their audience.

Train the Trainer has proven that when you "teach an individual to fish," they can truly excel and prosper their community.  IDRN wants to give away it's curriculum so that individuals can train their communities to survive and respond to a disaster.
