Hello, we are in the process of developing an international disaster response team. Our members are professional rescue workers and disaster managers who already have many years of training and experience. Do we need to go through the steps of the IDRN models or is there an avenue for those already trained to receive a IDRN badge? Our training and experience is above the models you have posted.
