IDRN KAGAYAN REENTRY

On 07 Dec a big contingent from ICagayan de Oro will do massive relief operation in Tacloban and Ormoc. At the meeting yesterday 16 Nov 2013, IDRN Kagayan RATs Homer Eduave and me will reenter a week in advance of the Relief team to prepare the area. Command Centrs then for IDRN Kagayan will be established. WIll you still be there... that dates? please

According to Ptr Cris Magno from Valenzuela City, Metro Manila, we will be in Tacloban by first week of December. We will meet tomorrow night tentatively with Ptr. Buddy Agunat who is going home from TAC, to discuss our concerted recovery efforts. We'll update you of the talks and skeds. More power.
